Terms and Conditions of Sale – Nellixa

  1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products and/or services by the Nellixa store, whether through its website or other sales channels. They define the rights and obligations of both parties in the context of these transactions.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

Placing an order with Nellixa implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. They take precedence over any other terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  1. Products and Services

The products or services offered are those listed on the Nellixa website or catalog on the date the order is placed. Nellixa reserves the right to modify its offering at any time.

  1. Prices

Prices are listed in [euros / local currency], including all applicable taxes (VAT), excluding delivery fees. Nellixa reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of order confirmation.

  1. Orders

An order is considered confirmed once the customer completes the order form, accepts the Terms and Conditions, and makes the payment. A confirmation email will be sent after the order is validated.

  1. Payment

Payment is made online using the available payment methods (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Orders that are not paid will not be processed.

  1. Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. Nellixa undertakes to ship products within a reasonable time frame. In case of delay, the customer will be informed. Risk is transferred to the customer upon receipt of the order.

  1. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with applicable law, the customer has a 14-day period from the date of receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal, except for customized or perishable items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  1. Warranty and Liability

Nellixa commits to delivering a product that complies with the order. In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, the customer must notify Nellixa within 7 days of receipt. Nellixa cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products sold.

  1. Personal Data Protection

Customer data is collected for the purpose of processing orders and is handled in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Customers may access, correct, or request the deletion of their data at any time.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on the Nellixa site and all brand-related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

  1. Governing Law and Disputes
